No-bake cake with long biscuits, chocolate and instant coffee
What we will need:
- eggs – 3 pcs
- starch – 50 g
- milk – 500 ml
- sugar – 200 g
- vanilla essence – 5 ml
- melted dark chocolate – 180 g
- instant coffee – 20 g
- warm water – 30 ml
- long biscuits – 100 g
- milk – 100 ml
- whipped cream – 200 g
- dark chocolate – 100 g
How we will proceed:
1) Mix the eggs with the sugar, vanilla essence and stir. Add starch, milk and mix again.
2) Place over a flame and, while stirring, cook a thick pudding, which we divide into two parts. Stir in melted chocolate in one and instant coffee in the other.
3) Spread the chocolate cream in the mold and store in the fridge to solidify. Then layer long biscuits soaked in milk and pour the coffee mixture.
4) Place long biscuits again and spread with whipped cream mixed with chopped dark chocolate. Cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
