What you will need for minced meat in bacon:
- 30 dkg minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- tablespoon of mustard
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt, pepper
- 15 dkg smoked bacon
- Add egg, mustard, grated onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Mix the meat mixture very thoroughly and form walnut-sized balls, wrap each in a slice of bacon.
- Place in a heatproof dish.
- Bake at 180 °C for approximately 40 minutes.
