There is never enough inspiration for sweets. In today’s article we have prepared a recipe for delicious sponge wasp nests with Nutella without baking. Their preparation is very simple and you can make them in 30 minutes.

Wasp nests with Nutella that don’t bake
What we will need:
- 200 g icing sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 300 g biscuits
- 200 g shredded coconut
- 200 ml water
- Nutella or Salko
- raisins, chopped nuts, almonds or pieces of dried fruit…
How we will proceed:
1) First, dissolve the sugar in the water in a saucepan over the heat. Wait until the sugar dissolves and remove from the heat.
2) Add the butter and the chopped chocolate. Stir to melt everything.
3) Then add the ground biscuits and 100g of coconut.
4) Stir the mixture thoroughly and shape it into balls, which you set aside on a tray – roll the balls in the remaining coconut.
5) Make a well in the centre of each ball and spread Nutella or Salko. You can place raisins, nuts, almonds or dried fruit on top of the nest.
6) Chill the resulting nests and serve.
