Penne in garlic butter with mushrooms that you will love

Penne in garlic butter with mushrooms

What will we need:

  • 400 g penne (pasta)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 120 g butter
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • Pecorino or Parmesan cheese

How we will proceed:

1. Cook the penne pasta in salted water until al dente.

2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry 2 garlic cloves that have been cut into small pieces.

3. Add the sliced mushrooms and the remaining two garlic cloves, also sliced, and sauté for a while.

4. Season with salt and pepper, pour in the wine, and add half of the butter.

5. After about 7 minutes, add the pasta, mix well, and add the rest of the butter.

6. Fry for another 3 minutes, then add the finely chopped parsley to the finished pasta and serve.

7. Serve with grated Pecorino (substitute with Parmesan if preferred).
