What we will need:

Dough:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 4 tablespoons coconut
  • 250 g biscuits
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

For the top:

  • 50 g white chocolate + 1 tbsp butter
  • coconut

How we will proceed:

1) Start by pouring 350 ml of milk into a saucepan. Gradually add the sugar, starch and coconut. Bring to the boiling point and immediately remove from the heat.

2) While the cream is still warm, add the butter and the rest (150 ml) of the milk. Stir and allow to cool.

3) Next, prepare the mould. Place the biscuits on the bottom and spread a layer of cream on top, then the biscuits and cream again. Continue like this until you run out of ingredients.

4) Finally, drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with coconut. Then place in the fridge for a few hours.
