Salty puff pastry strudel
What we will need:
- puff pastry
- 250 g eydam
- 1 egg
- 150 g sour cream
- red pepper
- sausage
- 1 egg (for spreading)
How we will proceed:
1) In a bowl, mix the grated cheese, eggs and cream. Mix thoroughly.

2) Spread the cheese mixture on half of the puff pastry.

3) Add the chopped sausage and peppers.

4) Roll into a strudel.
