Raspberry bliss biscuit cream delight
What we will need:
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 400 g sour cream
- 150 g icing sugar
- 500 g ground/crushed butter biscuits
- 500 g frozen raspberries
- 150 g icing sugar
- 100 ml cold milk as required
How we will proceed:
1) First, whip the cream until it is whipped.
2) Beat the sour cream with the sugar and stir it into the whipped cream.
3) Stir in the crushed cookies by hand. Add milk as needed to make a uniform cream.
4) Finally, stir in the raspberries.
5) Layer into the mould, chill and then decorate with whipped cream if desired.
