Crispy pancakes with onion, ham and cheese
What we will need:
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 150 g ham, finely chopped or grated
- 100 g plain flour
- 50-70 g grated cheese
- 1 egg
- 100 ml kefir, milk or sour cream
- 1 garlic clove (crushed or finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dried thyme
- Oil
How we will proceed:
1) Simply mix all ingredients in a large bowl. You should end up with a batter similar to the consistency of pancake batter, if it seems too thin or thick, add more flour or milk.
2) Spoon the batter into the hot pan. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Enjoy!
