If you don’t know what to prepare for lunch, try this recipe for potatoes with minced meat and vegetables in one bowl. You’ll get a delicious dish to suit the whole family’s taste. It will take you only a few minutes to prepare the dish and you will have a delicious full lunch.
Potatoes with minced meat and vegetables from one bowl
What we will need:
- 500 g meat, 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon potato flour, seasoning for minced meat
- 3-4 potatoes, 2 tomatoes, 2 onions
- 10 slices of salami, salt, herbs from Provence
- Handful of grated cheese, sunflower oil
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 200 g Greek yoghurt (or sour cream)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 garlic cloves
- Salt, pepper, herbs of Provence
How we will proceed:
1) Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and squeeze out the juice. Add the garlic to the bowl with the minced meat. Then add the potato flour and seasoning for the mince.
2) Mix well. Take a piece of the mince mixture in your hands and form small flat meatballs.
3) Peel the potatoes and onions. Slice the onions, potatoes and tomatoes.
4) Grease a heatproof frying pan with sunflower oil. Alternate between potato slices, mince, potato slices again, onion, tomatoes and salami.
5) Sprinkle Provençal salt and herbs on top. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 50 minutes.
6) Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix the yoghurt with the mayonnaise and the cleaned and crushed garlic. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper and herbs.
7) After 50 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven, pour the sauce on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the baking sheet back in the oven for another 20-25 minutes.
8) When ready, remove the baking sheet with the vegetables and mince from the oven. Serve this delicious dish for lunch or even dinner. Have fun with your loved ones and increase your cooking!
