Pudding delicacy with fruit:
What we will need:
- 1 banana
- kiwi – 2 pcs
- strawberries – 8 pcs
- apple – 1 piece
- butter biscuits – 8 pcs
- whole milk – 1 l
- caramel pudding – 2 packets
- caramel topping
- slices of almonds or lentils
- icing sugar
How we will proceed:
1. Peel the apple and remove the core. Then cut it into smaller cubes and place in a bowl. Do the same with the kiwi and banana. Cut this fruit into cubes as well. Finally, remove the strawberries, wash them and cut them into small pieces.
2. At the next stage, pour off about 200 millilitres of milk and stir in the caramel custard powder. Bring the remaining quantity (800 ml) to the boil in a small saucepan. When the milk starts to boil, pour in the melted custard and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
3. If necessary, season with icing sugar and finally remove from the heat.
4. Take a bundt tin, grease it with butter and drop in the cut pieces of fruit.
5. Place the broken butter biscuits on top. Pour the caramel cream over the ingredients and let the dessert cool to room temperature. Then place it in the refrigerator, preferably overnight, to set.
6. Turn out onto a cake tin and decorate with caramel topping, almonds or ribbons as desired.
