FIT chicken salad with corn and beans without mayonnaise
What we will need:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can of corn
- 1 onion
- 1 can of beans
- 2 pcs tomatoes
- parsley
- 1/3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons vinegar
- 3 teaspoons mustard
- 2cl honey
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- pepper and salt to taste
How we will proceed:
- First wash, clean and cut the meat into small pieces, pepper and leave in the fridge for a while. Then fry.
- Then drain the corn and beans, rinse, clean and cut the rest of the vegetables into pieces. Press the garlic.
- Now comes the simple dressing. Mix together the vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic and thyme, and let it sit for about half an hour.
- Then mix everything together and serve!
