Deliciously juicy roast ribs
What we will need:
- 1 200 g pork ribs
- 100 g applesauce
- 100 g homemade ketchup
- 3 – 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon peppercorns
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 lemon
How we will proceed:
1. In a bowl, combine applesauce, ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
2. Take a large bowl and place the ribs in it. Pour the marinade over the ribs and rub it in generously to ensure even coating.
3. Allow the ribs to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
