Stuffed chicken breast with cheese and zucchini – A wonderful quick oven dish

This variation also applies to the choice of ingredients for the stuffing. You can experiment and prepare this delicious dish with something different every time. Stuffed chicken breast with cheese and zucchini

What we will need:

  • 4 large slices of whole chicken breast
  • 8 large thin slices of ham
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 300 g cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 0,5 teaspoon meat seasoning mix
  • oil

How we will proceed:

1. Wash the meat, split it open, and lay it out in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. Season each piece with salt and pepper, then top with a slice of ham.

2. Thinly slice the peeled zucchini (about 2-3 mm thick) and arrange the slices on top of the ham, slightly overlapping them. Sprinkle a small amount of salt over the zucchini slices. Grate the cheese while preheating the oven.

3. While the oven is preheating (approximately 20 minutes), the salted zucchini will release enough juice to soften the meat, eliminating the need for additional water.

4. Sprinkle the slices with grated cheese and place the dish in the preheated oven.

5. Cover and bake at 200 °C for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes.
