A delicious recipe for cheesecake with peaches:
What we will need:
Dough:
- 300 g plain flour
- 200 g icing sugar
- half a bag of baking powder
- zest of one lemon
- 4-5 peaches
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
Filling:
- 100 g softened butter
- 3 eggs
- 40 ml milk
- 500 g cottage cheese
How we will proceed:
1) Start by mixing together the flour, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and lemon zest. Mix thoroughly and work into a dough. Then divide the dough into 2 halves. Place the first half in a greased and floured baking tin.
2) Next, slice the peaches into thin slices. These are then piled on top of the dough that you have placed on the baking sheet.
3) In the next step, mix all the ingredients for the filling. Again, mix thoroughly and spread this mixture evenly over the peaches and pour the other half of the batter over them.
4) Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
