Farmer’s pork chops:
What we will need:
- 4 slices of pork chops
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 pcs hot peppers
- 4 pieces of mushrooms
- 4 slices of smoked ham
- Grated cheese 200 g
- Sausage 1 pc
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Barbecue seasoning to taste
How we will proceed:
1. Season the pork with salt and pepper, sprinkle with grill seasoning and sear in a hot pan.
2. Place the slices of meat on a baking tray, top with hot peppers cut into small pieces, slices of salami, sliced mushrooms, sliced tomatoes, ham and finally sprinkle with grated cheese.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C until the cheese is golden.
4. Serve with chips, bread or just salad, depending on taste.
