This tasty and very simple recipe for beef stroganoff can be mastered even by a beginner cook. The delicate pasta with chunks of beef will become your favourite dish.
Beef stroganoff with pasta
What we will need:
- 500 g beef (sirloin, can also be pork tenderloin, …)
- 750 ml broth
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- worcestershire to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 KL salt
- 1 KL sweet paprika
- 1/2 KL black pepper ground
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 pcs pickled cucumbers
- 300 g pasta
- a little parsley
How we will proceed:
1. In a large pot, fry the onion in hot oil, add the sliced mushrooms, salt and pepper.
2. After sautéing for a while, add the diced meat and sprinkle with paprika and crushed garlic, add the mustard and worcestershire.
3. Fry everything together and pour in the broth. Cook for about an hour.
4. After an hour, add the pasta to the pot and cook it over a low heat until it is al dente.
5. Finally, season with sour cream and sliced cucumbers and cook for a few more minutes.
6. Garnish with parsley when serving.
