A simple yet very tasty Zebra cake that everyone will love. Whether you enjoy your weekend coffee alone or invite friends over, everyone will appreciate the sweet spot in the form of a tasty dessert. Recipe for a very tasty Zebra cake:
- 2 cups of any plain flour
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 baking powder
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons lukewarm water
- 5 tablespoons white yoghurt
1) Knead the dough and divide into two halves. Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to one and 2- 3 tablespoons of cocoa to the other.
2) Grease and line a 26 cm diameter cake tin and alternate layering a spoonful of light and a spoonful of dark batter on top, over and over. For example, in the middle.
3) Bake in the oven at 170 °C for about 40 min.
