This simple flour and water tortilla has served as a side dish since its inception. Whether Mexican, Arabic, Indian or European, tortillas have retained this fantastic feature to this day. Today we would like to show you how to prepare tortillas with ham, emmental and mustard dressing.
Tortilla with ham, emmental and mustard dressing
- 4 pcs tortilla
- 8 slices of Prague ham
- 8 slices of Emmental cheese (or to taste)
- 2 pieces romaine lettuce
Mustard dressing:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt, black pepper to taste
1. For the dressing, mix the cream, mustard and oil. Season with pepper.
2. Prepare homemade tortillas or heat store-bought tortillas in a dry frying pan.
3. Spread dressing on each tortilla and arrange washed lettuce leaves, ham and cheese on top.
4. Wrap, cut in half and serve. Done!
