Poppy seed bubble with plums and crumble – simple and quick. I’ve been wanting to make something poppy seed for a long time, so I thought I’d make a variation on a bubble cake. Poppy seed bubblana with plums:

  • 200g semi-coarse flour
  • 100g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g ground poppy seeds
  • 150g semolina sugar
  • 150ml oil
  • 350ml milk
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Baking powder

For the crumble you will need:

  • 100-110g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 150g semi-coarse flour

or you can use your tried and true

1) Mix all the necessary ingredients for the dough, then pour it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

2) Place the sliced plums and bake.

3) Then just sprinkle with crumble and serve.
