Try these fried cinnamon wreaths that everyone will love!

Today’s recipe for cinnamon wreaths, we borrowed in our Facebook group Prima cookbook from our reader Milada Sumkova, thank you. The preparation is very easy and time-saving. It’s a great tip for a quick afternoon snack. Are you salivating yet? Let’s make these cinnamon wreaths together!

Fried cinnamon wreaths:

  • 200 ml warm milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp crystal sugar
  • 40 g softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 400 g plain flour
  • cinnamon sugar
  • yeast

1) Start by mixing the milk, salt, granulated sugar and yeast. Mix thoroughly and add the butter, eggs and flour. Stir again.

2) Make a nice smooth dough and let it rise for 45 minutes. After the time has elapsed, divide the dough into equal pieces to make balls which you let rest for 10 minutes. Then make the wreaths as in the picture. Let rest for a while.

3) Fry in hot oil until golden brown. After frying, roll in cinnamon sugar.
