Coconut CHIA pudding with fruit
What we will need:
- 5 tbsp chia seeds
- 100 ml water (or coconut water)
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or other syrup or honey)
- 8 tbsp Skyr natur
- fruit, muesli and nuts to taste
How we will proceed:
1. Prepare 4 jars – use resealable jars if you want to take the pudding with you to school or work.
2. Pour water and coconut milk into a sealable container (such as a pickle jar), add maple syrup or honey and chia seeds.
3. Close the jar and shake well. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes and shake again.
4. Pour the contents of the jar evenly into the prepared mugs. Leave to set in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. If after an hour the cream seems too thin, add 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
5. Once the custard has set, add 1-2 tablespoons of Skyr to each glass, sprinkle with muesli or nuts and add your favourite fruit.
