Pasta salad – Farfalle with broccoli, garlic and peas
What we will need:
- 300 g pasta (preferably farfalle)
- 1 piece of smaller broccoli
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 g frozen peas
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 50 g parmesan
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
How we will proceed:
1. In a large saucepan, bring the water to the boil and salt it generously.
2. Cut the broccoli into florets, rinse and grate on a medium-sized grater.
3. In a large pan, heat the butter and oil over medium heat and add the frozen peas.
4. When the peas are soft, add the grated broccoli, salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Sauté everything together until the broccoli is soft. Remove and add the mayonnaise to the hot vegetables.
5. Before the pasta is cooked, pour off some of the water in which it was cooked into the pot. Drain the farfalle and add the hot pasta to the vegetables in the pan.
6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, a few spoonfuls of starchy water and toss the hot salad. Season to taste with salt.
Good taste!
