Garlic potatoes baked in the oven
What we will need:
- 400 g potatoes
- 30 g butter
- 2 pinches of rosemary
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 40 ml olive oil
- Salt to taste
How we will proceed:
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins. Let them cool and mash them with a fork to burst. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. Spread the potatoes in the bowl, cracked side up. Sprinkle the chopped garlic evenly over the potatoes.
3. Sprinkle with salt and rosemary. Cut the butter into thin slices and place on top of the potatoes.
4. Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 180 to 200 °C until golden brown.
