Sour cream rolls with poppy seeds – no rising, quickly prepared and even more quickly eaten!

Sour cream rolls with poppy seeds

What we will need:

  • 2 cups of plain flour
  • 10 dkg butter
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons (scooped) sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Filling:

  • 15 dkg poppy seeds
  • sugar and cinnamon to sweeten

How we will proceed:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and make a uniform dough. Add cream or flour as needed. Roll the dough into a rectangle.

2. Brush half the dough with honey and half with beaten egg. Layer the filling and wrap.

3. Brush with the remaining egg and bake. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
