Baguette stuffed with salmon and cream cheese is a quick but very tasty dish that will definitely not offend even a rare visitor. Baguette stuffed with salmon and cheese

  • 1/2 baguette
  • 100 g cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 100 g sashimi salmon
  • 1/4 onion
  • 4 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp mustard (whole grain or any other)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

1. Cut the ends off the baguette and hollow out the inside with a knife.

2. Cut the salmon into pieces. Chop the onion and put it aside in a bowl of water.

3. Pat the onions dry.

4. Combine the cream cheese, salmon, chopped onion, parsley, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.

5. Fill the baguette with the filling.

6. Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Ready!
