Savoury cake with ham, tomato and cheese
What we will need:
Ingredients for the dough:
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml olive oil
- 300 ml milk
- 250 g wheat flour
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 14 g baking powder
Ingredients for the filling:
- Pressed ham
- Mozzarella
- Cream cheese
- 1 tomato
- 1 can of corn
- Olives
How we will proceed:
1. Put the eggs, milk, olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
2. Gradually add the wheat flour and baking powder and mix.
3. Grease a rectangular baking tray with oil and place half of the dough in it. Add the filling to the dough as follows: sliced pressed ham, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, corn, olives and a new layer of ham.

4. Add the rest of the dough and spread evenly over the ham slices. Sprinkle with mozzarella and top with tomato slices.

5. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
6. Baking time may vary from oven to oven, so check from time to time to make sure it is not burning.
7. After baking, remove the pie from the oven, let cool a bit, slice and serve to your loved ones. Enjoy and increase the cooking!
