This amazing anti-inflammatory soup provides energy, improves brain function, detoxifies the body and tastes great too. It contains a phytonutrient called polyacetylene, which has been shown to be effective in suppressing inflammation in diseases such as arthritis, rheumatism and osteoarthritis.
Anti-inflammatory soup
What we will need:
to prepare 8 servings of this soup:
- 2 cups chopped beetroot
- 1 cup diced apple
- 2 cups chopped celery (stems)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 dcl apple cider vinegar
- 1 to 2 dcl unsweetened coconut milk
Use a 2 dcl jar.
How we will proceed:
1. Put all the ingredients, except the coconut milk, in a large saucepan.
2. Put it on the stove, bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes or until everything is soft.
3. Allow the soup to cool a little and then blend it in a blender with the coconut milk until it has a smooth texture.
Done! Your healing soup is ready to eat.
If you need less or more than 8 servings, change the quantities of each ingredient in the appropriate proportions.
