Cake with three types of cream

What we will need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup semolina sugar
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder

Moisten the cake:

  • 1.5 cup milk (cup = 200 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons brewed coffee (Nescafé)

For the cream:

  • 100 g white chocolate + 1 whipped cream (200 ml)
  • 100 g milk chocolate + 1 whipped cream (200 ml)
  • 100 g dark chocolate + 1 whipped cream (200 ml)

How we will proceed:

1. First, prepare the dough. First, whisk the eggs with the sugar, then add the remaining dry ingredients and mix well. Pour the cocoa mixture onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

2. Pour the coffee and milk over the baked cake.

3. Prepare the creams. In each bowl, whip the whipped cream, add the melted chocolate and mix well. Take a spoon and alternately spread the cream on the cake in batches.
