Chicken slices in a sweet way:
What we will need:
- 2 pcs chicken breasts
- salt, pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 60 g plain flour
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- spring onions
How we will proceed:
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Coat in flour.
3. Start frying in butter.
4. Turn and add the finely chopped garlic and butter.
5. After cooking for a while, add the vinegar, soy and honey.
6. Let this simmer for a few more minutes
7. Serve with rice and spring onions.
