What we will need:
Dough:
- 250 g cottage cheese in cubes
- 245 g hera
- 250 g plain flour
- lemon zest
- pinch of salt
filling:
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 4 tablespoons icing sugar
- a little lemon juice
- 1 egg
How we will proceed:
1. Start by mixing all the ingredients for the dough. Mix thoroughly and make a nice smooth dough.
2. Roll out the dough and cut it into 7×7 cm squares. Fill with a teaspoon of curd and then join into a cross. Brush with egg and sprinkle with almond flakes.
3. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
