Unbaked Irish dessert with banana
What we will need:
- 250 g biscuits (large pack)
- 400 g caramel salk
- 4 bananas
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1/3 dark chocolate bar
How we will proceed:
1. Crush the biscuits to a fine powder. Mix them with the salk and press them into a baking tin that you have lined with baking paper or foil in advance.
2. Use a mould with a diameter of 24 cm and press the mass well in it.
3. Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
4. Place the bananas on top of the biscuit mixture.
5. Whip the cream with the icing sugar to a stiff mass.
