Cocoa and cottage cheese dessert:
What we will need:
Dough:
- 3 eggs
- 150 g icing sugar
- 60 ml oil
- 60 ml milk
- 150 g plain flour
- 1,5 tbsp cocoa
- 1,5 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
filling:
- 300 g soft cottage cheese
- 150 ml sour cream
- 4 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 5 tablespoons oil
- 2 eggs
- 25 g vanilla pudding (do not boil! just the powder)
How we will proceed:
1. Start with the filling. Start by mixing all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
2. Continue with the dough. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, milk and oil. Mix until smooth and then add the cocoa, baking powder, salt and flour. Again, mix thoroughly until the dough is smooth.
3. Next, whisk the egg whites until stiff and start adding them to the batter a little at a time.
4. Prepare a baking tray which you will line and grease. Place half of the pastry on the baking sheet, top with the custard and then the pastry again.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Once cooled, you can decorate with icing sugar.
