Express cheesecake prepared on biscuits, an excellent alternative to traditional cottage cheese. It takes only 20 minutes to prepare and tastes great.
Cheesecake on biscuits
What we will need:
- 1 kg cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 3 vanilla puddings
- 200 g butter
Icing:
- 100 g butter
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon milk powder
Next:
- about 300 g biscuits
How we will proceed:
1. Melt the butter and sugar in a saucepan. To the warm, but not hot butter, add the cottage cheese and eggs and mix to a homogeneous consistency.
2. Mix the custard powder with the milk and pour into the curd. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes stiff.
3. Place a baking sheet with baking paper, bake the biscuits, pour half of the hot curd mixture and cover the second layer of biscuits.
4. Then present the rest of the mass and cover with a third layer of biscuits. In a saucepan, melt the butter, milk, sugar and cocoa powder and pour over the biscuits.
5. The chilled prepared dough should be placed in the refrigerator preferably overnight.
