Cheese pancakes with spring onions and parsley
- 100 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 80 g grated cheese
- 80 g Balkan cheese
- 7-8 sprigs of parsley
- 3 spring onions
- 1 sachet of baking powder
1. Start by cutting the Balkan cheese into cubes and mashing it with a fork. Then mix it with the grated cheese, eggs and milk. Finally, add the herbs.
2. Mix thoroughly and add the flour with the baking powder and salt.
3. Make a nice smooth dough and divide it into 2 parts.
4. Now we will form individual triangles like this.
5. Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
