This recipe combines chicken, apples, curry spices and soy sauce in one pot to create a tasty and nutritious meal for the whole family.
Chicken curry with apples, topped with a delicious sauce
What we will need:
- 600 g chicken breast
- 3 pcs apple
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 250 ml cooking cream
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- basil to taste
- curry spices to taste
- oil
- spring onions
How we will proceed:
1. Cut the chicken breasts into larger cubes. Add a little oil, salt, ground black pepper and basil to taste. Wash the apples, cut out the cores and cut into cubes.
2. Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the onions in it. Then add the chicken breasts and fry them. Add the apples and fry them briefly.
3. Add soy sauce, cooking cream and curry spices to the roasted meat and apples. Cook until the meat is done and the apples are soft.
4. Finally, you can add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve sprinkled with chopped spring onions and with rice.
