Crunchy delicacy! Savoury pie filled with sausage, cheese and tomatoes, ready in 40 minutes

The appetizer is a course that is often neglected in our house, which is a big mistake. Every host should offer their guests something good to nibble on and prepare their palates for the next courses.

Today I present to you a recipe for an absolutely delicious appetizer. Some time ago I had some guests and I wanted to cook something special and while browsing through foreign recipes I stopped at this recipe for a savoury pie filled with sausage, cheese and tomatoes. Prepare it according to the following recipe.

Salty pie stuffed with sausage, cheese and tomatoes

What we will need:

  • 200 g sausage
  • 100 g of dried tomatoes
  • 50 g green olives (optional)
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 50 g hard cheese
  • 220 g flour
  • 250 g yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • paprika mixture
  • oil,
  • spice mix to taste
  • salt

How we will proceed:

1. Cut the sausage into slices and fry it a little in a pan. Mix the yoghurt with the eggs.

2. Add the flour and baking powder. Stir constantly.

3. Add the sausage, peppers. Grate the hard cheese and add it to the batter.

4. Chop the olives and tomatoes and add them to the dough. Add salt and pepper and mix well.

5. Pour the batter into the buttered tin and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. 3-4 minutes before finishing, sprinkle the tart with parmesan cheese and put it back in the oven to brown a little.

6. Once baked, slice and serve.
