Soft yoghurt cake with apples
What we will need:
- 4 apples
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 lemon juice
- butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup white yogurt
How we will proceed:
1) Place the sliced and peeled apples in a blender. Keep the fourth apple for garnish.
2) Add the egg, yogurt, sugar and milk to the mixture.
3) Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
4) Add the flour, baking powder and lemon juice to the mixture.
5) Pour the mixture into a buttered 20×20 cm tin.
6) Slice the last apple and arrange the slices on top with the butter pieces. Finally, sprinkle with sugar.
7) Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
