Recipe for a “quick and sour” cake with lemon glaze:

What we will need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 160 g sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 200 g melted butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 300 g semi-coarse flour
  • A little milk to thin the dough
  • Half a cup of poppy seeds

How we will proceed:

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the butter, soda and a pinch of salt, the juice of the lemon and finally all the other ingredients.

2. Make up the batter with milk. Put on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in the oven at 170° for about 15 min. ( it’s a quickie)…

3. Make a lemon glaze on the cooled poppy seed and then melt the white chocolate and spread it on top. Enjoy!
