Minced meat with eggs and cheese
What we will need:
- 3 boiled eggs
- 1 onion
- 200 g cheese
- 3 tablespoons sour cream or white yoghurt
- 400 g minced meat
- Salt pepper
- Oil
How we will proceed:
1. Chop the onion finely and fry it in a pan with a little hot oil. Grate the boiled eggs and cheese, add the cream, salt and mix.
2. In another bowl, mix the minced meat well with the raw egg, salt and pepper.
3. Grease the pan with butter and place the meat on it.
4. Place the onions on top of the meat and put the cream and egg mixture on top of the onions. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
