How we will proceed:
1. Cut the potatoes into half, make thin strips. Place them between two sticks.
2. Thanks to the sticks you will not cut them thoroughly, so the potatoes stay whole.
3. Squeeze the garlic into a bowl, add the oil, mix and apply the seasoned oil to the potatoes.
4. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 40-60 minutes depending on size.
5. Finally, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
