Recipe for a delicious apple pie:
What we will need:
- 2 cups semolina
- 2 cups wheat flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1.5 kg apples
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 200 g butter
How we will proceed:
1. Thoroughly mix the semolina, flour, baking powder and sugar.
2. Grate the apples.
3. Add sugar and cinnamon to apples, mix.
4. Pour 1/3 of the dry ingredients into the bottom of a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
5. Place half of the apples on top of the dry ingredients.
6. Sprinkle evenly with another portion of the dry ingredients.
7. Remove the rest of the apples.
8. Pour out the rest of the dry ingredients.
9. Place thin slices of butter on top to completely cover the entire cake.
10. Bake the apple cake at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
