Delicious apple pie with whipped cream

What we will need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2.5 cups plain flour
  • vanilla sugar + a teaspoon of baking powder

In addition:

  • 4-5 apples
  • lemon jelly
  • 1/2 litre of heavy cream
  • mascarpone cheese (optional)
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • chocolate shavings

How we will proceed:

1. Beat eggs with sugar, add melted butter, add milk and mix.

2. Sift flour, add baking powder and mix. Add the flour to the beaten eggs a little at a time, stirring constantly. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and pour the batter into it. Spread evenly. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

3. While the pastry is baking, prepare the apples. Cut the washed and peeled apples into cubes, put them in a saucepan, add a couple of tablespoons of water and drizzle with lemon. Remove the apples (do not boil them, the cubes should be slightly visible), remove from the heat, add the jelly and stir. Remove and allow to cool.

4. Beat cream with a mixer, add cream cheese (can be omitted) and sugar and beat until stiff.

5. Place the apples on the cooled cake, spread them evenly and top with the whipped cream. Decorate with chocolate shavings. Store in a cool place.
