Sweet coconut slices:
What we will need:
- 500 g butter biscuits
- 5 tablespoons of cocoa
- 3 tablespoons apricot jam
- 1 tbsp rum
- 50 g butter
- 5 tablespoons icing sugar
- 300 ml milk
Cream:
- 300 ml milk
- 3 tablespoons of plain flour
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 5 teaspoons icing sugar
- 50 g butter
- 150 g coconut
Topping:
- 100 g dark or milk chocolate
- 1 teaspoon oil
How we will proceed:
1. Start with the cream, mix the milk with the flour, half of the coconut and bring to a boil (stirring constantly).
2. Remove from the heat, add the sugar and vanilla sugar and stir again. Add the remaining coconut and allow to cool.
3. Crush the butter biscuits, mix with the other dough ingredients and finally gradually add the milk.
4. Finally, prepare the icing, spread it on the cake and put it in the fridge overnight.
