A delicious recipe for a crumbled bun with cottage cheese:
What we will need:
Dough:
- 500 g plain flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 150 g sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2-4 tbsp milk
- 1 piece of hera
- pinch of cocoa
Filling:
- 3 curds in paper
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 300 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon custard powder
- a little milk
How we will proceed:
1. Start by simply mixing all the ingredients for the dough. Mix thoroughly and make a nice smooth dough. Place this in the freezer for a few minutes.
2. Next, mix together everything for the curd filling and mix thoroughly.
3. Take the dough out of the freezer and grate one half onto a baking sheet that you have lined with baking paper. Spread the cottage cheese on top and grate the remaining half of our dough on top of the cottage cheese filling again.
4. Bake at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes. Don’t forget to make sure we don’t burn our dessert.
