What we will need:
- 200 g butter
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 1 full tablespoon dark cocoa
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 0.5 cup icing sugar
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 level teaspoon baking soda
OPTIONAL COATING:
- 50 g white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
- + sprinkles for decoration
How we will proceed:
1. Put the butter in a saucepan, add the crushed chocolate and cocoa. Heat everything until a smooth, homogeneous mass is formed.
2. Add the milk to the chocolate mixture, stir and let cool.
3. Beat the whole eggs with the icing sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda into another bowl.
5. Add the beaten eggs and chocolate mixture. Mix everything on the lowest speed – just until the ingredients are combined.
