What we will need:
Dough:
- 400g plain flour
- Pinch of salt, vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2dl milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 70g melted butter
- Dried yeast ( bag)
- Orange zest
Filling:
- 140g ground poppy seeds, a little milk
- 40g sugar
- Cinnamon, rum
- 20g plum jam
How we will proceed:
1. Let the dough rise and then roll it out into a large sheet and spread it with the poppy seed filling.
2. Roll up and cut lengthwise with a knife.
3. Wrap the two pieces together and then just twist into a wreath.
4. Bake in a 175° oven for about half an hour.
5. Top with lemon glaze. We wish you a good taste.
