Thin pastry with creamy chocolate filling

What we will need:

Dough:

  • 3 pcs – eggs
  • 250 g – icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons – cocoa
  • 70 ml – oil
  • 30 ml – milk
  • 350 g – semi-coarse flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Cream:

  • 700 ml – whipping cream
  • 70 g – icing sugar
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon – vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon rum

Up:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons – oil

How we will proceed:

1. Prepare a 25 x 30 cm baking tray lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy, add the cocoa, oil, milk and finally the flour mixed with baking powder. Layer the prepared dough on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 – 25 minutes. Divide the baked dough in half.

3. Beat the cream, sugar, vanilla and rum until stiff. Melt the chocolate over steam and allow to cool slightly. Add it to the whipped cream and combine.

4. Layer the cream on one sheet of pastry, smooth it nicely and place the other sheet of pastry. Top with the melted chocolate to which oil has been added. Enjoy!
