A light, no-bake dessert made from long sponge cakes – ready in 15 minutes

A light, no-bake dessert made with long sponge cakes that everyone will love. Recipe for a light no-bake dessert:

What we will need:

  • 1 large packet of shortbread biscuits
  • 2dcl brewed coffee
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 250g cottage cheese or mascarpone
  • 30g icing sugar

How we will proceed:

1. Brew the coffee and soak the biscuits in it from one side.

2. Place the biscuits on the bottom of a mould and whip the cream from whipping cream + sugar and cottage cheese or mascarpone.

3. Layer half of the cream on top of the biscuits. Repeat again.

4. You can top with 2-3 chopped biscuits. Refrigerate for two to three hours. Enjoy.
