What we will need:
24 x 24 cm tray
- 1 packet of chocolate biscuits
- 500 ml cream 30/36%
- 1 kg cottage cheese
- 3 lemon jelly
- Optional: chocolate topping on top
How we will proceed:
1. Dissolve the jelly in 0.5 l of boiling water and set aside until it cools and begins to set.
2. Whip the cooled cream until stiff.
3. Stir in the cottage cheese.
4. Finally, pour in the solidified jelly and stir briefly – just until the ingredients are combined. The mass appears thin, but thickens very quickly.
5. Line the bottom of a baking tray lined with baking paper with biscuits. Secure the sides of the tin with cling film (if using).
6. Place the curd mixture on top of the biscuits, align. Sprinkle the top with crushed biscuits and refrigerate the dough for 2-3 hours.
