Chicken rolls with niva sauce and roast potatoes
What we will need:
- chicken breast
- salt, pepper
- black pudding or mustard
- sausage for filling
For the sauce:
- niva
- cream
How we will proceed:
1) I made a slice of chicken breast, patted it through the foil.
2) I had some cranberries in the fridge, so I used them (I normally spread mustard), salted and peppered them.
3) Lay the bacon and salami (you can use any sausage).
4) Then roll and cut into smaller pieces. Use a skewer to connect the pieces.
5) Fry in a frying pan on all sides. Then place them in a baking dish. I poured a little water over them, covered them with foil and put them in the oven for about 20-25 min, where my potatoes were already baking at 190 °C.
6) In a frying pan, mix the niva and cream. Finally, you can also stir in the meat stock and top with salt and pepper if you prefer.
7) All you have to do is just slide it on and serve. Enjoy.
